I could have spent a lot more money but had to restrain myself. Several gallery spaces and a museum to peruse and friendly staff. Will definitely need to make return trip.

A lovely insight into the history of Bernard Leach and his studio, the tour is a bit pricey for what it is, but it was empty when we went and we had the time to watch the documentary narrated by Leach himself and explore the pottery. The Shop is curated beautifully with lots of pieces from the potters themselves. The lady at the shop was very chatty and friendly. The walk up the steep hill from St. Ives central is well worth it
Although we were unable to gain access to the tours we were able to view the remarkable designer pottery available in the shop, they have some excellent pieces, worth a visit, but best to book for the tour.
Marvellous museum and garden with beautiful gift shop
Really interesting and enjoyable I would recommend visiting on Thursday so you can make your own piece.
