Colin's absolutely brilliant customer service had me at ease from the moment I met him, he took me for a tour round his business and met his staff. I genuinely believe his passion for his business is second to none, I shall be returning

This is the first time I’ve used P&M and I dealt solely with Francesca, I left the design and clothing colour choice in her hands and I was not disappointed with the result, very professional from start to finish, highly recommended.

I didn't know P&M until I was directed by another company. Once in the door I was greeted by \Colin\ who made me feel very welcome and at ease. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. I will DEFINITELY be returning in the near future.

Used occasionally over three years. Always friendly, efficient, and helpful. Bent over backwards to help when needed for me.
