Ridiculous estate agents. Took weeks to get waiting tenants into our property (awful inter company communication) . We were told we would be compensated for missed weeks-didn't happen. Liars, incompetent. Staff turn over shocking. Avoid.

All the St. Ives staff were incredibly helpful with my purchase, even though I was not actually their client but buying a property from their client. They went out of their way to chase up the paperwork from the solicitor as the timing was of the utmost importance. I highly recommend their services.
My dealings with this particular branch are fully deserving of a positive acknowledgement. Took a lot of the worry out of our move. Buying and selling I’ve discovered aren’t as straight forward as I first supposed but thankfully we were assisted immensely by the team at Miller Countrywide in St.Ives. The toing and froing that went on would have tested the strongest of patience. But they dealt with all the queries as quickly as any solicitor will allow.
