In these trying times, it is lovely to be able to purchase,these high quality products & to be able to contact & get a lovely helpful service from the suppliers. I originally discovered the shop in Cornwall back in March where I bought the Lavender,Rosemary & Patchouli Handwash & Hand Lotion, I have since made purchases online for candle & soaps. As you can tell I am delighted with them & I am looking forward to buying some more.

Terrible essential oil diffusers ... I bought a quite expensive essential oil diffuser here (45) because I was fed up reading through all of the reviews of diffusers on amazon. I now regret not just persevering with that rather than buying a diffuser nobody could ratify! When I unpacked it, it looked a bit unclean. When I started using it, it seemed to not work at all! The instructions say it should go through 30 mL of water / hour (this is already quite weak), but after having the diffuser on overnight (8 hours) it went through about 10 mL (this might have just been evaporation anyway ...). Given I don't live in the country and was in Cornwall on holiday, I emailed with details and the receipt within 2 weeks of purchase to see if I could get a refund. The shop said there was nothing they could do. Don't buy the diffusers here!

We spent over 100.00 in this shop.we bought a diffuser and two bottles of oil the lady in the shop said no more than 2 drops else we would ahpixiate ourselves.rubbish must be a weak mix because I put 15 drops in and neither me or my family can smell it much.its lavender rosemary and patchouli oil.we bought the room demister which is great and body lotion also good and 5 bars of soap all good.i wanted diffuser to work I love that smell put other cheaper oils in they work with less drops perhaps a weak mix.

Having just holidayed in St Ives I visited your shop after spotting your lovely looking products in your window.. I returned the following day during open hours and I can honestly say I wasn't disappointed. Of course I opted for the Patchouli Lavender and Rosemary range as Patchouli is my favourite.. The shop smelt devine and the lady was most helpful.. Can't wait to try my products.. I bought the shampoo bar and the body lotion.. I'm sure I will be ordering more from you online very soon..
