First time coming into store to buy a kit, lots of friendly and professional advice from the team here. Very happy to help
Excellent service, very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend coming here
Staff friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have, quality products across the board... took me a wile to convert but I definitely won't be going anywhere else for my devices or oil
I went into this Totally Wicked shop in St Helen's this afternoon to get pods for my Byte E Pod he knew that it was for a Byte epod that I had even though I didnt say that is what it was for. He informed me off an offer on 5 packs of epods and told me I would get a 25% saving as they have a bank holiday special on he was very professional and polite. He told me about the Totally Wicked Loyalty Programme which I wasn't aware of before today. I joined the loyalty programme there and then anything to save a bit of money and to find out about any new products that might be available that I may be interested in. They also offer free e liquid if you leave a review on google I think or in my case free epod pack. I would recommend this store as I found the customer service I experienced second to none.
