Orderd a large shesh more like a small and very chewy onion rings we'll they just onion rings will not order again if working in the area again

just called in ordered some food ,chips were freezing donner meat cold out of the collection tray .nobody seemed interested in serving me took about 5 mins before they came to me wont be going again and there was only me in the shop very poor service
