My 8 year old Daughter has been attending the online classes for the past few weeks at St Helens Martial Academy and fitness and really enjoys her self , Adam the instructor is fantastic and the online class has been awesome, I would recommend this to anyone with kids , even if they are not into martial arts and just want to keep fit and have a good time , it’s great fun and high energy and no experience needed. My daughter loves this and now wants a place at the academy and has now found herself a new hobbie and made new friends. Best online club for kids going! Can’t wait for them to open the doors again. 10 out of 10.

Having trained with Adam for many years I can honestly say he's one of the best instructors out there, dedicated, patient and driven. He's never lost the enthusiasm for martial arts and constantly strives for improvement and this passion really shows in his students. A great place to train weather for general fitness or for those life long martial artists. I can't praise him enough.
