PC world now has new ways of operating having a dedicated customer service staff by the door making sure you get first hand service from the door step, I would have been looking for the aisle to pick my item but he told me straight to where to get them and after picking them another service was there to help to where I will make payment as he sees me standing alone. At the payment desk the lady was friendly and all smiling as she served me. Parking was convenient and the store also has disabled parking. Overall it was a lovely experience.

Currys PC World charge me 299 for a premium tv installation with Curry’s staff and my tv fell from the wall with the bracket a part of my wall, And I’m try to contact multiple numbers for support and assistance and every Curry’s costumer service representative is blaming a third party, but a purchase the service at St. Helens local Curry’s store! And when I ask to speak to a manager they ask why? He won’t help you any different from i I’m doing, and when I insist to speak with the manager the representative hang up the phone in 2 different calls! Shame! Please be aware of Curry’s service and extent warranty! When you google only bad reviews!
