I dealt with Chris recently when I traded in my car, excellent service. He went above and beyond. The reception staff are always polite and helpful. This is my 4th car with Chapelhouse, cannot fault them at all.

The motorbility advisor Vikki at Chapelhouse MG is lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for her, she's always happy to help in any way she can. Always professional, friendly and courteous.
Excellent service. I bought my Kia Sportage from Chapelhouse and got an excellent deal. The salesman Jamie was a gentleman and had a good banter with him. Absolutely made up with the car (not had a service yet, so cannot make any comment on what the service department is like, but going off the sales department I am expecting it to be OK).
Great place bought 4 cars now from there never had an issue with any. Would highly recommend this place. Stav dealt with us this time, great guy and was not pressured.
I had a lovely guy help me and I loved my new car but it already needed a new part as soon as I bought is and when I took it in to have it fixed it took all day to find out what was wrong with it. I was very happy however with the service when I took it in to have the part fit as it was done very quickly and the staff where lovely. If I were to rate the staff it would be a 5 but I am paying way more for my car than it is even worth and there was already a fault so that is the reason I am giving it 3 stars.
