I went in to Cash Converters to sell some gold I inherited. I was helped by Connor the Manager who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Afterwards I didn't get far out the shop before I saw a fantastic luxury watch at an affordable price. Again Connor was a great help. Its a great team and great service.

Popped into store the other day and really enjoyed my experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Thomas M who had a lot of patience and spent time helping me with what I needed. Definitely would go here again.

Entered the shop at around 15.00 to ask about buying the LG HiFi in the window and my partner is exempt from wearing facemasks. The shop had around 20 customers in it not social distancing on the shop floor of around 20 square metres and an employee took ot upon himself to target my partner asking him for an non existent exemption card yet he was wearing his sunflower lanyard. He told the male employee he was exempt but the employee told him to leave the store. This is gross negligence and goes against government guidelines. I suggest you educate your staff on not only moral codes of public conduct in regards to harrasment of customers with disabilities but also the current legislation in regards to the sections about not routinely being asked to show any evidence of a hidden disability, which we had just forgot to have on us today. Ruined his day and you lost a sale due to the ruthless unsympathetic ineptitude of one of your members of staff.
