Great quality skis BUT the old lady at the front desk is a senile, lying woman. She tried to charge us extra thinking we are first time skiers and she was extremely rude.

Skis were good quality but service in the shop is terrible. They don't like hybrid touring boots and tried to get me to use hire boots. They then set my Dns ridiculously loose - at a 5 when it should have been a 9. Shop is closed in the afternoon making it impossible to return the skis when we needed to (for our flight) - no warning given.
