We had a good experience here. Renting was quick, we had the car type we asked for, and the customer service was good. We returned to the airport which was a little less good (there were no attendants there when we arrived), but still not bad. The prices were a bit higher than another company I checked out, but worth it for the convenience of the location following a Viking River cruise that docked in Le Pecq.

Staff was very friendly. However, the car had no gas it so they had to take it and get gas. Then they discovered the paperwork was incorrect and we had to wait for that to be fixed. So we we lost a half hour after completing the original paperwork. Car also didn't have enough air in the tires, causing the warning light to come on in the mornings when it was cold. Also, we needed a code to the parking garage to return the car at the return location (one way rental). They told us the floor in the garage to use, but didn't tell us the code to get to the proper floor. Had to wait until another car came by to get the code.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que j'utilise cette agence et jusqu'à présent cela c'était bien passé. Lorsque j'ai récupéré le véhicule cet été, en fin de journée pour partir j'étais pressé. Je ne prends jamais d'assurance loueur que je trouve trop chère et trop incomplète. Dans la précipitation pour récupérer ce véhicule (manque de personnel également) la vendeuse à souscrit une assurance ce à quoi je n'ai pas fait attention sur le moment et elle s'est bien gardée de le signaler ou d'indiquer le montant des garanties ce qui m'aurait alerté. Un coût de 359 euros pour rien, débités en fin de période évidemment pour que cela soit discret. De plus cette assurance ne s'enclenche qu'à partir de 1600 euros, et donc ne sert à rien
Très peu de flexibilité. L'obligation de passer tous les mois à l'agence pour un client à temps plein avec un compte entreprise est incompréhensible.
