Pool not made by them, then get out of the way. No technical support for swimming not build by them. Even if the outcome of the technical visit might have been to change the liner, they don't care. Very rude and unfriendly. To avoid.

Why would UPS contract a retailer to receive parcels, when the retailer closes on the 23 and 24 December ? This is unacceptable. I will not shop at any online store that uses UPS again.

Hydro Sud de Saint-Genis-Pouilly est un magasin que je recommande pour plusieurs raisons. Déjà, c'est le premier magasin que j'ai vu avec le gel hydroalcoolique à la réception, les dames à l'accueil sont polies et n'embêtent pas pour rien. Il y a un service pour retirer les colis, ils sont bien organiser et je n'ai jamais eu de mauvaise surprise chez eux, contrairement aux autres magasins alentours. Il y a toute sorte de produit, de la piscine, en passant par la climatisation au tablier en cuir pour le barbecue. Le magasin est propre, il y a de la place sur le parking, accès handicapé.

Personnel extrêmement désagréable, notamment la personne qui récupère les colis au fond du magasin. Il suffisait de noter le numéro de colis car il n’arrivait pas a le scanner, mais la mauvaise volonté et le faire à la main était beaucoup trop difficile pour ce monsieur... a éviter !!!! Preferez le tabac de Thoiry bien plus rapide et consciencieux!!!
