We went for a walk in countryside above Pedna Carne the views from the top was very good and had it been clear we could have seen Newquay and more but wet weather came in and spoiled our outing but we enjoyed fresh air and dogs and grandkids loved it xxxx

Lovely place to live, great views, parking and decent size bungalows. A garage and garden as well, neighbourhood friendly what more could you want. Home for 45 years
It is a nice site, the people seem lovely although the numbering is a bit random.
The first field has older homes, the second field has nice homes with a green in the middle with visitors parking, the third field is very nice. Newer homes and laid out along roads looking like roads with bungalows. Homes have their own gardens with garages and parking. The downside is the management. Very slow to do repairs etc.
