I'm not impressed with the quality of buildings they are throwing up here the sound proofing in the flats isn't very good and lots of snags I know it's due to being new builds but there are a lot front and back doors sticking locks not working properly lots of cracks in walls and ceilings very thin paint really rough gardens lots of rubble just under the turf they put down and so on
