Sent my car here for an mot to get an idea of the work needed for it to pass which I knew would be a few bits and wanted to do some work myself to save some money so I asked them on three different occasions to please call me before any work took place with a quote. They didn’t call back on the day they said so I called them and was told I couldn’t be given a quote until they have looked into an exhaust problem further (this is completely understandable and I said okay please keep me updated) then the following day I was sent a text message saying my car had passed mot along with a 600 bill! I paid this as I needed my car but this has since been sorted out and I only ended up paying for the parts (300) they handled the situation well and admitted their mistake and took it on the chin. The work quality is good but just be warned if using this garage to make sure you get a quote and don’t get shafted as I have heard this has happened to a few people and they never challenged it! Always get a quote before any work takes place!!

The staff at the Garage were very polite and helpful. I put my 20 year old Clio for MOT. Advice given when failed was complete and pricing very good. Very satisfied with works and service. So another year my car is on the road. Thank you again.
Parkside were fantastic when the alternator went in our camper whilst we were mid way through our holiday. Really helpful and quick to get us going as soon as they could. Thank you for the help. Highly recommend!
My car was having problems when I was out and about in St Austell. Losing power and warnings on the dashboard. I turned up at Parkside garage hoping for help. Although they were busy, they took the car in, found the problem and all was well in a few days. Great friendly service. Thank you.
