Our little Molly always comes home happy and jolly .The staff are marvellous, especially seeing that our dog is a shy girl and a picky eater .We never have to worry about Molly while she is on holiday.

Our dog stayed here for a few hours whilst we went to Eden Project. He seemed to want to go with the lady and seemed very happy when he came back to us and enjoyed some treats. The lady who dealt with us was very friendly. Would use this kennels again if we needed to when in this part of Cornwall.
Dealing with COVID is really difficult as it is so to be treated so badly by a dog kennels is not on. William Bruce is by far the most arrogant person I have ever met. He is not what you expect when handing your beloved pet over to be looked after. I saw him ill treat a dog. I questioned him and he was very aggressive towards me. I would not recommend this kennel to anyone. Shocking treatment towards my dog and myself.
We took our scaredy cat here for the first time. He'd never been away from home before. He refused to come out of his carrier, the staff were amazing, making him special safe places to hideaway. It was thanks to their patience and care that he finally settled. A big thank you to the staff.
Ellie loves it at creusa . can't wait to get through the door when she gets there. very nice staff
