Extremely helpful, efficient and great value for money! We phoned every car hire place in the area and only this one said they could come to pick us up as we had no transport to get there! The hire car was great and almost half the cost of the big names!...Thank you...you completed a great holiday!

Rung up to hire a van, extremely rude on the phone, very short and blunt no help at all. Always pointed to me getting my card details out and not helpful about anything else. 250 deposit and no refunds if I needed the van a day less than I would off. No help, rude and has no problem hanging the phone up when told he is rude and I'm going somewhere else. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I've hired a car on several occasions from Beech Motors and I've never been disappointed. The cars are in mint condition and I've always received great customer care too.
Phoned up today enquiring about hiring a van for a couple days. Spoke to a gentleman who was extremely rude and had no people skills at all. Only thing he cared about what taking out bank details. Then asked him if we didn't use the van for the days rented would we be entitled to getting a refund if we didn't need it on the final day, he quickly replied with no very aggressively. Luckily we didn't give over our details as was so unhappy with him just in a short phonecall. Wouldn't recommend.
