Phone at 9pm with satellite issues. Answered within half an hour and John was on our doorstep at 9.30 the next morning. An hour (and a reasonable cost) later, all was fixed. Can't ask for better service than that!

We've been struggling for a decent signal for months and called Jon out of desperation (concerns about the current distancing palarver). It needed two visits and a lot of detective work to sort it out and we were very impressed with his thoroughness and patience and did it all fully togged out with PPE. It's been a week since he was here and signal is so far strong and stable on all channels. Overall delighted and would highly recommend.

I e-mailed AV contractors on Boxing Day having spent Christmas in our new home without TV. They replied within the hour, and arranged for an engineer to come out first thing the next morning. Jon arrived at 09:15 and Half an hour later the dish was installed and a full range of channels all at an exceptionally good price. Fantastic service from start to finish, I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you.
