Rented 7 bikes from James who was really helpful and quick to respond, and all round very friendly. Bikes were in good condition and were perfect for riders with less experience. We were staying close by so were able to get the bikes dropped and picked up for free which made a huge difference. Couldn’t have had a better experience, would very highly recommend.

Really great and friendly service from James. We had a last minute request for two bikes during peak season which he was able to sort for us and recommend a great train from unity woods to devoran, as well as a fab lunch stop. My original bike was too big so James drove back home to get me a bike that I was more comfortable with. Really helpful. Couldn't recommend enough.
We recently hired four mountain bikes from James to cycle the Coast to Coast trail. From start to finish, the service we received was excellent with quick and efficient communication and helpful tips and links provided for the ride. James delivered and picked up the bikes from Portreath and had set up two of the adult bikes particularly to suit our two children. We had a fantastic day and really enjoyed riding the bikes and were particularly impressed with the slick gear changes, certainly not something we have found previously with hire bikes. Highly recommend.
