This branch of Sainsbury's is always lovely and clean. The staff are courteous and friendly and they have an excellent range of fresh and dry cupboard foods that I am unable to find in other supermarkets. They also have a fantastic homeware and clothing department and pre COVID a brilliant cafe.

Thought it would be disorganised chaos looking at the layout outside the front of the store but it was actually okay inside. Shelves were reasonably well stocked but they still struggle with value for money. They're pushing 'locked prices' which offer reasonable value, the rest is noticeably expensive. All the Covid measures were in place and I felt reasonably safe shopping, although some of the customer's struggled with the current necessary ettiquettes'. Really good checkout experience, served by Suzanne with good down to earth friendly service.
Late on a Tuesday afternoon the shop was fairly quiet, but the numbers were being monitored. Inside, the shelves were well stocked with the normal ranges.
Good cleansing stations and social distancing opportunity in this store. Well stocked. Everything we needed.
Good supermarket, not the cheapest in grove but good selection.
