This supermarket never seems to be busy. It has a great layout with homeward, clothes, and an Argos. The aisles are really wide and the checkout staff are always super friendly

We in Herne Bay have waited a long time for our first big supermarket, so it's nice to have been rewarded with the North Kent coast's best. Car parking is easy in the capacious spaces on the large and easily accessible car park. The shop is well stocked, and the Argos and home and fashion sections are an added bonus. Staff are friendly and helpful. Well done Sainsbury's and well done Herne Bay (which is much, much better than its overpriced, tourist-trap neighbour Whitstable)
Not a busy store. (Before covid hit us) very helpful staff. Hosts a Specsavers and Argos. Ample parking.

I really like the parking spaces you have enough room to get in and out of your car. The store is always spotless and the staff are friendly and professional. A pleasure to shop even in these times.
