I have been going weekly for click and collect since the first lockdown. Usually it is very good. The staff are friendly and I feel safe. The only problem I have is even though I have asked for no plastic bags, and up until now the few bag i have had i was able to give back for them to recycle. However now they will not take them back because of the new strain of covid 19 and they don't want to touch bags that we have touched! However I don't see why they cannot have an accessible recycling bin that we can put them in. Rather than us taking them home where we cannot recycle those bags and they go to landfill .

the staff are really helpful and helped me buy what I was after and and helped the shop is ginormous. I would definitely recommend it and would like to go back

Great big large store plenty of room to keep your distance during covid pandemic. Plenty of Carpark space. Great produce on offer with friendly staff and atmosphere.

Wow...for all the wrong reasons. 10 minute wait for getting served at the cafe. Would have been quicker to go into Kendal, park up and then walk into town. Price point for most items is higher than elsewhere and the service ( ahahah) laughable. First...and last time here for sure.
