Definitely like a lot of others according to the media l will not be shopping at Sainsbury's again the attitude of front of shop staff requires attention, they might only be doing what they have been told to do but manners, patience and above all descretion should be to the fore

My wife and I got stopped at the door and refused entry because we were going to shop together as we had alot of shopping to get as we were walking away the security had no issue letting in a family of 5 and a group of elderly couples it's a complete joke and double standards. Will happily do my shopping elsewhere

Early morning visit, store was not crowded and got through reasonably quickly with self scanner, one thing i noticed an absence of staff except at check outs, so no one to assist in finding an item. Suppose its the current situation, understandable but spent extra time going round and round , bit frustrating. Got all except one item, store quiet which was great.

Ample parking, cleaning stations for hands and trolleys at the front door. Usually a good selection of products, although with current covid situation certain items are either low or out of stock due to people stocking up. Other than that no issues.
