Very friendly and one of the staff told me about scan bag and go. They helped me download the sainsburys smart shop app to my mobile phone linking it to my nectar card. Then showed me how to use the app by scaning the items bar code and then putting it straight into my carrier bag. Once I had finished my shopping all I had to do is scan the QR square at the self checkout. The shopping is loaded up onto the screen I can then either pay by cash or card and if I have coupons I can use my coupons too. Great way to shop no lifting shopping in and out of basket or trolly making shopping easy. Will definitely be using this from now on
Great shop on Lord Street Southport. Free parking available at rear of shop when you spend over 5.00 in store up to 2 hours.
Love shopping in sainsburys as it very handy went though self service tills and me son went though same but on different till i was waiting for some one to come as I had wine so me light was flashing me son light was flashing to as he was buying beers he said to me you waiting to I said yes staff can up and said sorry I'm on me own and I had another customer so I said sorry me son asked me a question thought that was it. But another staff came to talk to her made a point that another customer got a ban due to he swore at staff there and some customers are rude which my son and I didn't do anything like that to any staff just hope she has a good day when she goes on her next shift
