Don't appreciate the manner in which myself and my partner were treated on entering the store. I appreciate that staff have a job to do in discouraging people from coming into store together, but what I don't appreciate is having a staff member wagging her finger in our faces like we were naughty children and telling us we shouldn't be coming in together. I witnessed her doing this to other people as well.

Without doubt the best supermarket in Burton from a safety point of view. No mask no entry, how hard is it for other supermarkets to follow. Because the others don’t but Sainsbury’s does, then Sainsbury’s get my custom. It is very safe, social distancing, staff all wearing masks, I can walk round there, take my elderly mother and it feels safe, I can take her out the house. Their is no rush, other customer keep distance, are respectful she is not the quickest, and best of all, two young ladies who are staff members came separately ask if they could help us. Wow I don’t know if that is Sainsbury’s policy or just helpful young ladies but I’m sticking to going Sainsbury’s, early afternoon it’s nice and quiet, even pleasant to get her out of the four walls.
