What lovely staff. I couldn't find the low-fat cheddar so asked a young gentleman by the name of Charlie for assistance and he couldn't have been more helpful. However, as we are in the middle of a pandemic and hygiene the upmost priority, the ladies toilets definitely needed a clean and hand soap!

1 person helping in self checkout while 6 people waiting to be seen. When asking for additional help told no one around. Smart shop not that smart
It was OK but security guard was too abrupt and a bit threatening if you had arrived with another family member. We just need to be asked politely not threatened. Most people are abiding by the rules and some families need a second member to go with them.
