I like Sainsbury's and is one of my favourite supermarkets however the past few trips have made me avoid/feel nervous returning. On arrival both times at the entrance I have been questioned by the same employee (middle aged man with light brown hair and black glasses) who is very abrupt and accused me of shopping with another person (I was by myself) just because we walked in at the same time. He continued to question me after explaining. This man is extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand that he was only doing his job due to new COVID-19 rules however his way of doing this made me and I'm sure many others very uncomfortable.

Sainsbury's has a good range of products from everyday to the more exotic. But my main reason for shopping there at present, as opposed to other supermarkets, is I find it less crowded and easier to social distance.

Sainsbury's Livingston needs better security personnel, ones with an actual back bone. The managers could do with toughening up too. I've noticed security won't challenge men or groups who are not wearing a face covering. What is the point of trying to protect against the virus if Sainsbury's let's it spread. Your inability to act costs the safety of customers who adhere to the rules. I don't feel safe in your stores.

Great to be getting a monthly or a weekly shop with competitive pricing offer a range of own branded to branded products. There offer seasonal ranges for the likes of Easter, Halloween and Christmas. There is a cafe which serves hot and cold food (closed currently due to pandemic). They have disabled car parking within a carpark with sufficient spaces. There is a petrol station .
