Good selection of products that are high quality! The food in the restaurant/cafe is nice.However, I ordered a cottage pie that didn't tasted great also it didn't look like the food shown in the pictures.Usually the food is great and the restaurant/cafe is much better than tesco's own cafe.The bakery has amazing cakes and donuts!

Social distancing adgered to 10x over at this store. My shopping experience was made easier by the scan and go they have implemented.
Handy to park in and good Covid 19 practices but too expensive compared with asda never mind aldi or lidle
They stick to the covid rules and i feel safe shopping there
During lock down 4 girls tried to walk in store as a physically close group. They were asked if they were together and if they could shop separately. The girls were rude and ignored the member of staff. The member of staff stayed polite and tolerant, handled being verbally abused very well. The member of staff at checkout was friendly and chatty yet still remained professional. Great shop experience as ever here in the Pontypridd store
