I did my first online collection and it was a bit of a disaster. Of 4 items I ordered only 1 was available at time of collection and 3 substitute items were not, in my opinion, appropriate. I was pretty p**d off. That said the young lady who was on the collection duty was very helpful and turned my disaster of an experience into something bearable. Thank you.

The prices here are much higher than the likes of ASDA or Tesco but you pay for the more helpful staff if you ever need anything.

Plenty of free parking: Well organised,with regards to covid19: multiple cleaning stations throughout: previously created a shopping list,using the website: collected everything easily: selfscan checkout was managed perfectly by staff and sanitised after each customer

I was in earlier today doing some shopping with my son and the service we received at the till was amazing. ( around 9.20am15/12/2020) My son is autistic and doesn't find it easy to engage with people but the cashier and who I believe to be the till supervisor were just simply amazing. They both got full engagement from him and this is so so so rare. I would like to say thank for being just amazing people. They are both an absolute credit to your team and to the company.

Not great clothing range, but good size for food shopping. Person on customer service desk seemed unable to smile (would have thought a cheerful misdemeanour would be a requirement for customer facing roles)
