A very nice big store. I like to come here to buy my pyjamas as they are very comfortable pyjamas. Some of the staff are very nice and happy and some of them are miserable especially the people who work in behind Argos. I don't like them they always looks sad and lazy .Otherwise I would say this Sainsbury's in Chippenham is a Autistic friendly store for me as I have Autism. I likes to come and buy a couple of bits of shopping while visiting if they got any Bargains and sales on. Sainsbury's chippenham is a big store. I'm always happy to do my shopping here and look for Bargains. It is hereby satisfied that the following Sainsbury's Superstore Chippenham is half Autistic friendly and is half not Autistic friendly and has been approved and checked by Ben

Always helpful staff but only 4 stars as some staff are not enforcing social distancing with customers ignoring it completely.

Very clean, brilliant staff, helpful and polite. Warm welcome at the entrance, large or small trolley cleaned in front of you. All staff wearing masks. Clean, bright, very well stocked, food and household equipment. Thank you to all the staff.
