Went in Sainsburys to buy a takeaway Curry, as not cooking to night. Had my Vacuum and taking it easy ! Sainsburys have the cleaners for trolleys at the entrance. Also hand one. Very quiet in store, that's how I like it. Every one had masks on, that's how it should be. Great.

Bought a kettle from this store last week. Tried to wash it before using. According to the instruction, the filter can be taken out. But I tried my best, still the filter wouldn't leave the kettle. So I took it to the store to return it. The woman in the customer service asked me a lot of questions about the kettle. I explained all of them. She required me to read the bar code for her. Luckily, I was able to read the numbers. Then she's not happy with my reading, she took the receipt away from me and typed the bar code herself. Finally, the return process finished. Phew! what a stressful process! Will reduce the shopping in this store.

eat well for less\ is an empty slogan... As empty as the shelves of this dated shop today. Sainsbury's sends special offers but products are missing as many other cheaper options This shop does have staff but no one seems to care or help to replenish the shelves No wonder Sainsbury's is not doing so well Or is this supermarket turning into a Soviet type shop?
