Felt very safe with door staff checking numbers and mask compliance. Well marked out lanes and customers being sensible. No problem with stock levels although some items not available, but this could be due to Brexit. I very pleasurable shopping experience.

Great vegetarian section now and would rate the store 5 star on the basis of it being the best in the region, however Covid measures at the store let them down. On exit after the tills I suggest every time that there should be hand sanitizer, but there is none on exit, only on entrance. So you touch the screens that everyone else has touched and then walk out with dirty hands (unless you can find your own hand sanitizer). Every time the staff say its a good point, but it’s not fixed the next time I go. Such a simple change to make everyone safer that they can’t be bothered to implement evidently.
