Sainsbury’s itself is absolutely fine but be WARNED that if you come here at peak times then you will get stuck in here due to the absurd traffic. The access road to the retail park that this sainsburys is located in is pathetic. The traffic lights let too few cars through, the traffic backs up to the roundabout and then blocks it and then no one can enter or exit the park. Absurd. The council should be ashamed that they haven’t added a separate exit route or better managed the traffic lights.
Visited today, it was gridlocked! It seemed more like Christmas shopping than a lockdown. Why aren't sainsburys offering more delivery slots? I personally know that most of their drivers are only being given 20hrs of work a week. Drivers should be on full 40 hr weeks and then perhaps there would be less people visiting the store.
