Pulled in at 9 55 5 mins before posted closing time, saw pumps were operating. In the time it took me to get out and walk round my vehicle the staff had switched the pumps off. They must have seen me pull in. 1 member of staff left kiosk to lock up pumps, she said We close at 10. It was still 5 to . Surely if a store closes at a time they should continue serving until that time? Not let's make sure we get home on time and screw anyone who may need fuel and makes sure they're there before posted closing time. Rude staff with poor customer service skills and an attitude that as long as they're ok everyone else can go hang. Will be using Morrison's or Tesco's from now on

Low fuel prices, friendly staff, they offer car wash, air and a little shop now you can at the pump which makes life a little easier
Often the cheapest place for fuel in Norwich, next to Morrison's Riverside. Just avoid it during busy hours. Bonus points for free air and water!
Such poor layout! Waiters 6 minutes to fill my washer fluid up. Because of the lay out. I then had to wait for someone, who seemed to be doing Thier weekly shop in the garage. Because you can't exit, whilst a car is parked for fuel. It's a shame. Because staff are always great. It's the I my petrol station in the city that doesn't charge you for water, for you washer bottle. Jet wash is absolutely amazingly priced. Beats every other petrol station in the city. Just needs to be reorganised regarding how you are able to use the washer bottle fluids and air pump for tyres.
Nice park front of that
