Online Delivery The drivers are fantastic and really lovely. However something in the store is going wrong. We seem to get 3 to 4 items with short shelf life each week. 24 hours life on these items which is not great when your planning meals. The CS team give a refund straight away but when this happens every week and then you need to go out and get replacements. Personal opinion is that it’s either poor training or after seeing the BBC program of this actual store, they are deliberately selecting poor life product for online, to help reduce their wastage in store. Watch the episode, the long life meats were taken from sale and short life was maximised to reduce wastage. Not really the customer WOW experience they quote. Anyway, you’ll be weekly disappointed if you shop online and you’ll need to go in anyway. Refunds get given but you don’t feel anybody really cares, because it’s all too common.
