Small store for some quick shopping but does not seem to always have some groceries!

Small store, friendly staff, usually has everything I need (food wise) in stock.

Standard Sainsbury's local with free car park. Average selection of groceries, meal deals, fresh juices and milk. I like the bakery with fresh and warm croissants etc. Good for quick shopping. The shop is always very clean and staff is friendly.

Lovely staff. But mostly a useless shop, generally I go in, realise they don’t stock most of what I need, and I leave. Fruit and veg all sold in big plastic bags and big plastic boxes. All in quantities that are too big for me, which would mean wasting food and money. And I don’t want to buy food that comes in plastic when there is just no need for it. Location is perfect for me, I’d do all my food shopping here if they would just sell loose fruit and veg. Although it’s probably a good thing I can’t get anything I want here, it’s expensive. M&S down the road is often cheaper, which says a lot. Sandwiches are rubbish. All the filling is in the middle at the top i.e. the visible bit when it’s in the package. Their sandwiches are mostly dry bread. Sainsbury’s idea of fresh is massively different to mine. Most fish only has a few dats before the use by date. But once it’s near the use by, it stinks, which means it’s weeks since it was in the sea. We’re an island nation, why is impossible to get fish into shops within a day or two of being caught or killed on the farm?
