Inside of shop was nicely stocked but used gents toilets filthy urine on the floor and very smelly hand spray dispenser broken and general hygiene not good. Plus at the self service checkout was busy queuing lady assistant controlling the area was not wearing a mask?.If she is exempt from wearing one should she wear a lanyard so customers know.

Lovely store with helpful staff. We also went to M@S which is another lovely store with helpful.staff but I was disappointed with their selection of dressing gowns as regards sizes.I wanted a long one and saw style I really liked a grey/white striped one but the only sides they had on display were small and extra small which is no good to me as I take a large size.I found another style with a good which had one in my size so bought it but again nearly all small sizes. Had lunch in their cafe which was very nice and observed social distancing my husband mentioned it was his birthday and the lovely assistant gave him a slice of chocolate cake and also one for me.What a lovely gesture

Very large store. Takes ages to find things. Knew it before renovated many years ago, felt when they lowered the height of the ceiling a bit claustrophobic so don't tend to visit that often now.

Used to depend on this store for some rare Thai herbs such as lemongrass and Thai sweet basil. Was disappointed after a near 30 mile round trip to be told by one employee they've stopped importing it due to issues. What issues? They're not on the banned list. I'll need to head to Letchworth tomorrow where I've managed to source some. Sometimes the small shop wins the day and I have no need to come here again.
