Sailer Sports - Skiverleih - Schiverleih

We visited the area for 3 days with a large group (30) and were very assisted in a very professional way. Excellent gear and facilities.

We've had problems with faulty gear on the track. We went to the store and their first suggestion was to give us rental equipment (they don't push you to buy stuff). We were planning to buy anyways. Very professional salesperson, good advice, great quality.

0 interest in customers. 0 help with getting the right boots. All guys have a additude like your annoying their day by entering the shop. They really need a workshop in customer service. You need to pay to store their own equipment in their own place for the night. And then they want you even to put it in the storage yourself. Ridiculous. Probably spoiled because of the location. That OK material makes it 1 star. Never again for me.

Absolutely disgraceful company. Charged double the price of everyone else and they are so rude and unhelpful. There was one guy who was helpful however the rest had a horrendous attitude, they are aggressive unhelpful quite rude to my child. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFFED AND BE SPOKEN TO LIKE A PIECE OF RUBBISH!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS SCORE I WOULD!!!!!!!!
