Very good pg in low price famly behaviour of staf
Amazing place to live. The staff is very good and polite especially the manager, I was unwell (had some stomach pain) and the manager took me to some clinic in his own car and even paid the bill. They've got an international cook too, he cooks amazing dishes everyday. Overall it's an amazing and safe place to live if you're looking for accommodation near DTU, only downside is you can't bring girls inside the pg for obvious reasons Would highly recommend it to everyone.
I would recommend this place to anyone who is living far from their family. It's affordable, clean and it has everything one needs when they are away from home. Everything is very nice. Rooms were clean and well-maintained.
This is An honest unbiased review ( 3.5 rating) . Pros : 1. Good environment . Better than other PG's. People dont smoke and drink publically. 2. Balcony rooms are big . 3. Single rooms are priced appropriately ( 16000 ). 4.attached bathrooms and AC's with no seperate electricity bill. 5. Facilities include : Wifi ( good speed ) , induction and microwave , fridge , self service laundry , sanitory service. 6. Parking and TT table available. 7. 24 hour security and camera surveillance. 8. Close to DTU gate 9. Girls PG nearby. 10. A Lift is also available though its slow. # entry register is maintained with curfew till 10:30. But i guess Biometric system is other PG are better as compared and less hassle free. This is a pro in parents perspective but certainly a con for a student. Cons : 1.staff keeps changing hence inconsistency in food taste . Recently it has been average and sometimes below par. Previously it was great. 2. Non balcony rooms are small and quite overpriced as compared to other PG's ( 11500 ). Balcony rooms are big... But as compared to other PG's overprised ( 13500 ) 3. No non veg food available. No snacks available. 4. High charges for staying of someone . So ratings would be 3.5 makes it between above average and good but certainly not the best.
