Such a beautiful place to go out with yoyr family members as they serve you such a delicious food and they serve Biryani in hot mud Bowl , this was such a different experience and this place has a beautiful aroma around as they sanitized everything properly and serve you best . There chicken was so delicious and biryani also tasted really authentic . I really like to visit this place again with family and friends. As they have limited menu items but each dish is so delicious and species were perfectly fine.

What a wonderful time with family... And offcourse briyani by kilo made our day. What a packing and yes candle was cherry on top thanks for all this and yes briyani is awesome. Best biriyani ever !!!!! This is a must try hidden gem for all biriyani lovers in trycity one of the best briyani place so far. Top on my list. Food we ordered is filled with taste magic. Such a poor delivery. Order galouti kababs it took 2 hours to come. Time they give is huge lot then what they give. Delivery boy takes 7-10 deliveries at a time to deliver. Food comes cold and is of no use. Shame on such a big company and shame on your delivery team and time you take to deliver. Over priced and still not upto the mark. If you charge so much you should give proper servixe and hot food and on time. Whats the point to order at lunch time and get food at dinner time. Improve your delivery time and give proper time and delivery boy should deliver one order at time and hot order. Galuti kabab after reheat are of no use and neither is romali roti.

Ok, so I love Biryani by Kilo and have been a loyal customer when I was living in Gurgaon. Having moved to Bangalore in 2019, I missed the tasty biryanis by BBK. I chanced on this outlet today while driving through Mohali and promptly stopped to pick up a Hyderabadi Gosht and a Kathal Biryani. I was told that the order will take 30 min and I decided to wait there. After about 20-25 minutes, 2 gentlemen walked in and ordered a takeaway order of Veg Biryani. The order was keyed in into the system and when they enquired about the tentative wait time, they were told that it will take 25 minutes. These two people seemed to be in a hurry to back to their drinks in their apartment which was very close so they requested that the order be delivered to them but the receptionist informed them that that not possible as they have to call the call centre for deliveries and that the order cannot be cancelled either. Since the customers persisted (very politely, I must say) that 25 minutes wait time is too long. The receptionist went to the kitchen to talk to the manager, came back, and told the customers that their order will be delivered within 2-3 minutes as they will give them some “other customer’s” order. After they left with their order, I spoke to the receptionist if she thought what she did was professionally correct? She didn't seem to understand. My peev is that, the receptionist and the manager behaved professionally because they might have expedited this order but an unsuspecting faceless customer’s order was delayed. Also, why couldn't this order be cancelled as the receptionist had just placed it, the customers wanted to cancel it and order a delivery on phone. Also, I patiently waited for my order which took 35-40 minutes, had I also threatened to cancel my order, would the restaurant expedite my order too. Just a thought! I still love BBK, will continue to order from them. But not from this outlet.

The Mutton Biryani just had dried rice and few mutton pieces with out any marination and taste. The expectation vs reality game went disastrously wrong. Unbelievably sad experience

Worst biryani. No flavor no taste. Uncooked rice. Waste of money. Will never order anything from Biryani by kilo. Order Id : LT4F5FOLA8DJ6 Not at all recommended .
