a very complete retreat. with an extraordinary and enthusiastic team, in a hotel with much to enjoy. it was wonderful to breathe in nature, roll in the waves and do nothing in the warm water pool. Did i already said the team is really fantastic? (magic happens when 3 friends get together to do what they love). congratulations! a retreat to which i will return!

Wonderful yoga retreats to train mind and body !
I spent a week at the retreat and it was a pure joy. Excellent teachers, great location, food.. You will spend peaceful time there. I am already looking forward to coming back this November!
I loved my week with Pure Flow Motion. It was a perfect mix of yoga, surf, interesting hikes and great food. In fact, I liked it so much that I had to come back with my husband. And Portugal is amazing!
