We used Sage and Co Cwmbran when we returned to the UK. They handled our tenancy agreement on a lovely house in Parc Panteg. Nothing was too much trouble great communication highly recommended. We have now returned to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

Mum and Dad recently sold their house through Sage & Co and I can honestly say that they picked the right agents. Communication was excellent throughout the process and I was also kept informed at every stage along the way. All of the staff are very professional and my main communication was with Nicola and Emily. Special mention has to go to Nicola for her patience and good advice. I highly recommend Sage & Co.
We couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. Steve was very reassuring at the initial valuation and put the price spot on. Within days we had three viewings, and within a couple of weeks we had an offer for the full asking price. The girls in the office kept us fully updated at all times. We would definitely recommend them.
All I can say is that I have had an absolutely fantastic service from the Cwmbran Branch of Sage. Everyone I have spoken to has been so helpful and they have helped at every stage of the buying process. Sage recently help sell a property for us. I found them to be extremely helpful and professional. They took their time getting to know everything they needed to know and were honest about valuations and expected sale value. They acted very efficiently and in our best interest throughout.
