We were at the mercy of a chain, mislead. You made no contact to keep the problems up to date. When after 5 month the 1st buyer was asked for a survey, surely that should have rang bells. You were not full time out of office 1 day maybe 2 days. The person left to keep us up to date was usually behind. We had you, your stand in and the estate event all giving us mixed messages. Our fist date to move was July, we moved after 4/5 cancelled dates and lost money to removal firms. I would not recommend you.

I received a very professional service from Kate Douch, Property Partner with our recent house sale and purchase. Her team were also extremely professional and responded quickly to enquiries. Highly recommend this firm who's fees were also very competitive. Thank you all at Heckford Norton for taking pride in what you do.
