Don't be deceived by all the smiles and generally friendly service, the prices I have been actually charged here bear no resemblance to the prices marked on the produce crates. In some cases I have been charged twice the price and only discovered this on getting home and weighing the produce. The receipt, which you only get if you ask for one, gives you no proper breakdown, ie, cost per kg, and weight, just an overall price. A very clever way to avoid being able to prove anything later. An honest shop would never do this. Be very careful and check your pricing as best you can. Please feel free to check for yourselves. It's such a shame as there is some nice produce here, especially the fresh herbs, which are great at drawing you in. Tread with caution.

Great place to get Persian products and fresh fruit and vegetables, great local alternative option from the large supermarkets. Great selection of nuts, pickled olives, cheeses etc.
