Poor customer service, was informed that a requested item would be in stock in a few weeks time, despite many repeated attempts to buy this item was told several times that item was not in stock and would be available in a few weeks time- over and over again; I will not use this store ever again, and will source items online. It is a great shame, I wanted to support local stores, even if it meant I was paying a premium for this service, it's their loss and is a classic example of why most people now shop online, very sad and disappointing.

Inverness needs a shop like this, but not this one! Complete rip-off. They charge over double the usual price for certain items - I understand that because we live in the Highlands we have to pay a premium for certain things (well, I don't really understand, but that's another matter), but over double??? Do yourself a favour and look for what you want online because even with shipping and the extra premium, it won't be as much as this shop charges.
The only proper Asian grocery store I found so far in Inverness. The other places I checked didn't carry anything asian eventho they are \International\ grocery store. They have quite a lot of variety of items that mostly needed for making Asian dishes.
The shop is small but there's lots and lots of stock in it. It's like aldians cave the more you look the more you find. Kasia the owner is a real diamond, there's not much she doesn't know about food. She's very helpful and very friendly. If you haven't been in then you need to check it out. From spices to paste,s to sauces to noodles these are just a few items. A must to pop in.
Had all the ingredients needed. Lassie was accommodating and welcoming.
