First time we have used a self storage place for a house move, and we which is a stressful time anyway, but this part was a breeze! The chap, Ash, dealt with us on the phone, and who worked with us throughout was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, genuine and went above and beyond. No issues whatsoever. The units are laid out well and lots of equipment available to lug items around.

I dealt with Johnny and Mike a few weeks ago as my partner needed storage - they were really helpful and made everything really easy. The site is clean and tidy and there are lots of trolleys to help you move your stuff. No lift but we are on ground floor so easy enough. Would recommend. *****
My girlfriend and I stored here for a couple of weeks and moved out yesterday. Leaking roof. Fire doors that don’t work. Lights outside don’t work. Very old fashioned toilets that smell and leak. Tiny car park. Miserable staff (big tubby bloke, Paul I think) Strongly recommend you don’t store here. Shire storage in Chadderton is a much better option. It’s cheaper and your furniture will stay dry.
