1. Friendly staff 2. 1st unit offered was not suitable because it had a pillar in the middle of it, put had no problem when we asked if we could have a different one. 3. Price jump after the 1st 8 weeks is a bit high. 4. Parking can be a bit off an issue. Only went there twice: 1st to drop off items & then 2nd time to pick up and both times found that the big vans/trucks take up a lot of space. Maybe Safe Store - Hayes could look into rearranging the parking area\u200d️

The basic facilities are good. The staff at Hayes are outstanding especially 'Lenny'. The recent MASSIVE hike in monthly rental was a complete rip-off. Saying it's down to 'COVID' is rubbish. A ripoff, greedy company. :-( I have now cancelled my contract on two units and moved out. :-(
I spoke to Louis initially via email who was very informative and helpful for which I was grateful. Then Balraj showed me around and was also very helpful so cannot fault either of them.
Right here we go.. Booking an d reserving was fine and simple .. Storage itself was as good as it says safe store BUT....on collection of our items we struggled to get the stuff out due to being rammed full of people clearing out items that was stated they are prohibited from being stored. Perishable foods was one and when you try to explain to the guy sitting on the chair in the office he wasn’t interested so he must be having a back hander!! Or a right hand from them
