I have been using Safedale pharmacy in Buckhurst Hill for many years now. Arthur, in particular, is extremely helpful, caring and a class act. Have been using this as my main pharmacy and will continue to do so.

I so rarely do this, yet feel I have to. I visited today, to collect a prescription for my wife. I'm exempt from wearing a mask, and I fully expect, not to be questioned. I was mid sentence, when the young lady serving me said \where's your mask?\. I advised that I didn't have to wear one. A male employee, then called over \didn't they give you a badge \. I have no idea who \they\ might be, and the questioning made my anxiety go through the roof! I stepped outside to compose myself, then reentered the premises. People in my position should be able to feel comfortable and not like a social leper with a star around my neck! Poor show I'm afraid, and no hint of an apology as I sat there.
All the staff have always been friendly and very helpful. They have been supportive and genuinely concerned for our welfare especially during covid and their lovely driver has been delivering our medication. A big thank you from both of us to everyone at Safedale Pharmacy Buckhurst Hill.
Rip off, go to Waitrose opposite
