Good coffe. Good food. Good service. A very nice place with a view on the old city
Avoid this place at all costs. I am not one to complain, but it is my duty to inform you to spend your money elsewhere. Staff can't be bothered and seem like they do not want to be here (see other reviews on this), I found a piece of METAL in my food, food is lousy and prepared by one of the waiters - not even a chef. They may have won awards back in 1992 (like all the plaques say on the wall), but the only award they could win now is \worst restaurant/cafe of Safed/Tzfat\.
A great streetside people-watching cafe' and the amazing mountain view from a covered, heated perch with your coffee in hand is a treat.
Enjoyed a lunch at the Bagdad cafe. Chose a light meal of the Bagdad Salad. Lettuce with warm vegetabes mixed with shredded Bulgarian Cheese. Highly reccomend it. Size was more than enough. This came with a warm mini loaf of crusty bread which was fantastic. Very much enjoyed the view, service and especially the food.

Great capucino. The felafals were tasty but crumbly and not firm. Service was painfully slow & disinterested.
